Orders
All products on the shelves in our store are in stock, and you can pay directly.
If you need to amend your order: Please notify us before shipping; send an e-mail to our customer service to amend your order with the message title: REQUEST TO MODIFY MY ORDER. Orders that are in the process of being shipped or that have shipped will not be able to be changed.

Shipping
Shipping costs start from RM6, depending on your destination, size and weight; we offer free shipping on orders over RM40.
Orders are processed and packed within 48 hours of your order; any orders placed before noon on the same day, your item will be processed on the next business day. All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm (except on public holidays).
Generally, estimated arrival days are 1-3 working days. If in remote areas, the arrival days will delay. Please refer order tracking function on the official website of the logistic company; you can track the delivery status of your order online 24 hours a day.
All orders require a personal signature upon delivery to confirm receipt. If you are not present at delivery to receive and sign your order, our logistics provider will contact you to arrange a second delivery. To keep your order safe, we do not accept any request to leave your order at the shipping address without anyone confirming receipt.
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us before shipping. Please be informed that only ONE (1) shipping address is accepted per order, and alternative addresses will not be acceptable. For example, requests such as “If delivering after office hours, please deliver to home address” will not be entertained.
If you keyed in the wrong shipping address: Please notify us before shipping, and send an e-mail to our customer service to change your correct address with the message title: REQUEST TO MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. Otherwise, you will be responsible for additional costs incurred once your order has shipped from our factory.

We support various payment methods from the top 5 Malaysian banks, including ATM Deposit, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Cheque, Top-up Wallet, Credit Card, Alipay, and Cash on Delivery. All transactions supervise by the national bank to ensure that users’ offline/online transactions are protected and secure. The details are as follows;

Return, Refund & Exchange
In order to avoid receiving incorrect/incomplete orders, we create a worry-free shopping experience for our customers; We have a strict management system; The whole process from order placement to warehouse delivery, such as category, weight, volume, quantity, photography, shipping information, etc. has detailed records; however, in the rare instance of such an unfortunate event, we apologize if you acknowledge receipt of an incorrect/incomplete order. You must apply for a replacement within seven days after the delivery date, please send an email to our customer service with the message title: REQUEST TO AMEND MY INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE ITEMS, and indicate on the invoice which items you would like to return and which items you would like to change, and attach clear pictures as evidence (please follow our return policy).
We only accept return request(s) for damaged/faulty items received. Complimentary returns must request within seven days of the delivery date, and the user will get a 100% product refund; the shipping fee is not refundable. You must return all products, including any gifts, along with the invoice/packing list that came with the products etc. If the returned item does not match your previous description, or return the used products, or return the incomplete items; these are NON-exchangeable, refundable or returnable; we reserve the right to refuse any return.
1) Contact Customer Service
Please send an e-mail to our customer service with the message title: REQUEST TO RETURN MY DAMAGE/FAULTY ITEMS and include clear pictures as evidence.
2) Complete the Necessary Documentation
Our Customer Service will instruct you to fill the necessary Return Form with pictures of the Returned Items.
3) Processing the Return
After accepting your return request through our customer service, all returned items must be sent to the specified warehouse with a duly signed and completed Return Form within seven days from the day; items sent overdue will not be processed.
The main difference is how quickly bank refund processes; generally, it takes 3 to 7 business days for a credit card refund to be approved.
You will get your refund in the same way you paid for it. For example, if you pay by cash, you will get the cashback, and if you pay by direct debit, your money will return to your bank account.
Others
All our products are 100% shot in kind. Due to different production batches, different photographic equipment, different shooting angle, and other factors, the product may have some colour differences.
The actual weight of the product; is usually controlled to ±5 grams or ±5%.
The product size is measured manually, and may be slight errors due to factors such as different measurement tools and methods! The product is subject to the actual.
